Thank you for supporting handmade work.

All orders are carefully packed and posted from my studio in Shropshire, UK.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 working days.
During busy periods or workshop seasons, this may be slightly longer — but I will always keep you informed.

UK SHIPPING
I currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Orders are sent via Royal Mail using either Tracked or Standard delivery, depending on the item and size.

Estimated delivery times:
Standard delivery: 2–4 working days
Tracked delivery: 1–3 working days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods.

PACKAGING
Where possible, I use recyclable or compostable packaging materials.

LOCAL COLLECTION
If you are attending a workshop or are local to Shropshire, collection may be arranged — please contact me before ordering.

LOST OR DELAYED ITEMS
If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please get in touch and I will help resolve this promptly.
